Guitar tuner audio attribution

The E2, A2, D3, G3, B3 and E4 steel acoustic guitar samples are selected from
the FluidR3_GM SoundFont by Frank Wen and contributors. The pre-rendered MP3s
are distributed by Benjamin Gleitzman in gleitz/midi-js-soundfonts.

Changes made for this site: six note files were selected and self-hosted. The
audio files themselves were not modified. Playback is shortened at runtime and
fine-tuned by no more than 2.2 cents to centre the sustained pitch on A440.
